Chris started as a real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter, advising on complex transactions across the capital stack, before moving to the principal side as a Partner at FoxRock Properties. Over the past six years, he has operated independently, building a track record of acquisitions, entitlements, and structured transactions on behalf of a select group of family offices in New England.

Pete began his career at Greystar, one of the world’s largest real estate investment firms. During his tenure, he developed a deep understanding of the systems and processes that drive institutional-quality performance, while contributing to the acquisition and development of large-scale mixed-use projects in Greater Boston.
